This flavor Arrabbiata is my favorite. Still clean pure authentic but with a subtle heat to it. Still balance. Largest bottle works better for us. Keep prices low and volume will help you. Good job. Grocery store brand watered down more this yr and tade like they added bland mush to it. But tempted to eat it with spoon. 😋
I love all of the San Marzano sauces, but my absolute favorite is the Vodka Sauce. It's always fresh and delicious.
The texture of this sauce is ta highlight. for my family. Unlike some thinner, watery sauces, the San Marzano base has a a desirable, thick consistency that coats pasta beautifully, making it perfect for rigatoni, penne, or fettuccine. The inclusion of heavy cream, along with imported cheeses like Pecorino Romano, provides the classic, aesthetically pleasing pink hue and a velvety smoothness. The overall richness is well-balanced by the subtle spice, often from crushed red pepper, and the aromatic depth provided by fresh ingredients like sautéed onions and garlic.
It's a must have for my pantry at all times!
Although we've only had the Tomato Basil and Arrabbiata sauces so far from the tester pack of 6 jars, we already know how good, fresh and delicious these sauces are. Simply amazing!
I’ve tried 4 of the jars/flavors thus far and they all have been delicious! I can’t imagine using any other brand now.
I am hoping you start selling 450g or 8oz boxes of imported dry aged Italian pastas to pair with the sample size jars, the perfect ration for amazing eating!!
