SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING FEES

La San Marzano will only ship to the contiguous 48 states within the United States.

Free Ground Shipping is guaranteed selecting the Free Standard Shipping option at checkout. The Free Shipping option applies only to Ground Shipments.  

The shipping fees are based on order weight, shipping locations, and the type of shipping options you choose*. Our system will conveniently provide you the shipping fees depending on your order at checkout.

The cut-off for expedited or same day shipping is 2PM EST.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of being placed during business days on in-stock items.

If your order is placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday, it will be ship that day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders processed after 2 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are shipped from New Jersey. Depending on the shipping options you select, your order will arrive in:

  • 1 to 7 business days, using Standard Ground Shipping
  • 2 business days, using 2-Day Shipping
  • 1 business day, using Overnight Shipping

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Some of the carriers we work with may close during the below holidays. Please skip these days when estimating your delivery date.

  • Wednesday, November 11 – Veterans’ Day
  • Thursday, November 26 – Thanksgiving Day
  • Thursday, December 24 – Christmas Eve
  • Friday, December 25 – Christmas Day

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, GUAM AND PUERTO RICO

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico are not available at this time.
