I have already reviewed how incredible these sauces are, but I wanted to share this for single folk. Try the sample pack with all 6 sauces. When you have finished a sauce, save all the jars. Then, next time order the large jar of your favs. Divide the large jar between two small jars for single servings (actually this feeds two). You can freeze the sauce in the jar. Just leave about 1" from top and place some plastic wrap on top of the sauce. It does not have to be neat, just cover the top of the sauce. It will be perfect when defrosted.
