Bold, hearty, and deeply satisfying, fra diavolo sausage and beans is a dish that brings together rustic comfort and vibrant Italian flavor. Savory sausage is simmered with tender beans in a spicy fra diavolo–style sauce, where heat, richness, and tomato brightness are perfectly balanced.

Procedure
Drain and wash the beans under running water.
In a saucepan pour the oil and heat, add the clove of unpeeled garlic, cook until the garlic is golden, then remove the garlic and add the sausages and the sprig of rosemary, brown about 3 minutes per side, when the sausages are golden brown, add the beans and salt to your taste, pour the jar of Arrabbiata sauce, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes, if the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
